Ostrich

Ostrich leather is unmistakable in appearance. The ostrich is distinctive for its pattern of "bumps" quill. The softness, flexibility and durability make it the perfect boot for everyday wear, at the office or casual on the weekends.

We use quill ostrich - showing the "bumps" where the ostrich feathers grow - for the vamps of your boots. The vamp is the part below the tops that covers your feet. We use the nonquill ostrich - which is the smooth, soft skin from the sides and belly of the ostrich for the tops.

We can also put European Calf or Italian Kangaroo tops on a quill ostrich vamp.
